HR Advisor – Key responsibilities:
- Act as the standalone HR advisor, helping managers handle complicated situations like performance issues, absences, grievances etc.
- Manage recruitment and onboarding, ensuring new starters have a smooth experience and processes are fair and compliant.
- Maintain and update HR policies, run training sessions, and ensure the company stays on top of employment law.
- Drive HR initiatives like performance management, wellbeing, and inclusion, while keeping accurate records.
HR Advisor - Essential Skills & Experience:
- CIPD at minimum Level 5
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work independently, under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft office – Word, Excel & Powerpoint
- Competence in using HR Systems
