Business Process Manager – CRM Transformation
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Service, IT, and Operations to understand business needs
- Lead process mapping workshops to capture current-state and define future-state processes
- Challenge existing ways of working to identify efficiencies and improvements
- Translate requirements into clear documentation for both technical and non-technical teams
- Work closely with CRM implementation partners to ensure processes are accurately reflected in system design
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including scenario creation and coordination
- Own and manage the risk and issue register, ensuring proactive mitigation
- Contribute to change management activities, supporting communication, training, and user adoption

Essential Skills/ Experience
- Proven experience in Business Process Management, Business Analysis, or similar
- Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot)
- Confident communicator with the ability to simplify complex ideas
- Highly organised, with experience managing risks, issues, and dependencies
- Experience delivering CRM implementations across multiple business functions
- Understanding of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service processes
- Exposure to change management or continuous improvement methodologies
