Our client, a leading automotive manufacturing business, is looking for an experienced Indirect Buyer to join their growing organisation. The successful candidate will have previously worked within a fast paced, manufacturing environment and have led end of end sourcing of indirect categories.

Job Description

• Lead end-to-end sourcing of indirect categories, including capex, packaging, services and logistics.
• Negotiate prices and contract terms
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, finance, and quality teams to forecast demand, manage budgets, and support new product introductions and site projects.

Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications

• Previously worked within a fast paced, manufacturing environment
• Well versed working in a Buyer role or similar, focusing on indirect purchasing
• Ability to work autonomously
