Are you an experienced bathroom sales professional who thrives on managing full project installations rather than just selling products?

We’re looking for a field-based Project Sales Manager to manage and convert high-quality bathroom project enquiries, conducting site surveys and guiding clients from concept through to installation.

8:30am – 5pm - Monday – Friday

HQ Located in Vauxhall

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and converting bathroom project enquiries
• Conducting detailed on-site surveys
• Advising customers on layout, product selection and installation requirements
• Managing projects from enquiry through to installation
• Working closely with clients on quality, design and budget expectations
• Delivering a consultative, premium sales experience

Essential Experience / Skills / Qualifications

• Proven experience selling premium bathroom solutions or full project-based installations
• Confident conducting site surveys and advising on layouts
• Strong consultative sales style
• Experience in refurbishments, bathroom fit-outs or similar project-led environments
• Ability to manage opportunities end-to-end
