Key Responsibilities:
- Own and lead the SIOP process, driving cross-functional collaboration across sales, operations, procurement, and finance
- Develop and maintain robust demand forecasting and supply planning models
- Balance inventory levels, service levels, and operational efficiency
- Analyse data to identify risks, opportunities, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Facilitate SIOP meetings and present insights to senior stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards
- Proven experience in a SIOP / S&OP role within a regulated manufacturing environment (aerospace, automotive, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working within ERP/MRP systems
