Job Description
- Act as the main point of contact for your designated key customer.
- Maintain strong long-term relationships and understand customer needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support on-time delivery.
- Track programme performance and participate in customer reviews.
- Oversee contract, schedule, and quality performance.
- Maintain reporting systems and lead business reviews with the customer.
- Provide after-sales support and manage escalations to ensure customer satisfaction.

Essential Experience & Qualifications
- Customer account management experience (essential).
- 5–10 years in the aircraft/aerospace industry.
- Leadership experience, with ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Degree in Business Management or related field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of aviation systems and programme management.
