Senior Account Manager
Job Description
  • Act as the main point of contact for your designated key customer.
  • Maintain strong long-term relationships and understand customer needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support on-time delivery.
  • Track programme performance and participate in customer reviews.
  • Oversee contract, schedule, and quality performance.
  • Maintain reporting systems and lead business reviews with the customer.
  • Provide after-sales support and manage escalations to ensure customer satisfaction.

Essential Experience & Qualifications
  • Customer account management experience (essential).
  • 5–10 years in the aircraft/aerospace industry.
  • Leadership experience, with ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Degree in Business Management or related field.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of aviation systems and programme management.
