About the Role As the Sales & Aftercare Manager, you will take ownership of service contracts, post-delivery support, spares and repairs coordination, and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the Install & Service teams to ensure customers receive seamless support from installation through the life of their products.
This is a key leadership position involving both hands-on management and strategic responsibility.

What you’ll do
- Look after our service contracts and grow them with new and existing customers.
- Create quotes, process orders, and make sure everything runs to plan.
- Coordinate spares and repairs, keeping customers updated along the way.
- Work with teams across the business to ensure installations, aftercare, and support run seamlessly.
- Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally.
- Support and guide the Product Support team to deliver great service.
- Experience in after-sales, service contracts, or technical customer support.
- A friendly, confident approach to building customer relationships.
- Strong organisation and communication skills.
- The ability to work closely with different teams and keep everyone aligned.
- A positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in.
