Home Based, Field Based in South and South West Region
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow sales within the South and South West region through a mix of account development and new business generation.
- Identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions for torque tools, bolting systems, and industrial equipment.
- Maintain and expand relationships with key accounts across multiple industries.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments including marketing, customer service, and engineering.
- Use CRM to track opportunities, customer activity, and sales pipeline.
- Represent Gedore Torque at trade shows, customer visits, and regional industry events.
- Proven experience in a technical B2B sales role, ideally in engineering, tooling, or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Ability to work independently and travel across South West England
- Comfortable interpreting technical specifications and customer requirements.
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
- Full UK driving licence essential.
- 10% bonus paid quarterly
- 23 days holiday (plus bank holidays)
- £5,500 car allowance
- Health care and life assurance (after probation)
- Pension: 3% employee / 6% employer contribution
