I am seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join a leading torque and tooling solutions provider, Gedore Torque, to support their South and South West region. This role is ideal for someone who excels in B2B sales, solution selling, and building long-term customer relationships across South and South West England.

Up to £45,000 per annum + 10% Quarterly Bonus + £5500 Car Allowance
Home Based, Field Based in South and South West Region

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow sales within the South and South West region through a mix of account development and new business generation.
  • Identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions for torque tools, bolting systems, and industrial equipment.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with key accounts across multiple industries.
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments including marketing, customer service, and engineering.
  • Use CRM to track opportunities, customer activity, and sales pipeline.
  • Represent Gedore Torque at trade shows, customer visits, and regional industry events.

Essential Experience / Skills / Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a technical B2B sales role, ideally in engineering, tooling, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a consultative sales approach.
  • Ability to work independently and travel across South West England 
  • Comfortable interpreting technical specifications and customer requirements.
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Full UK driving licence essential.
