Mechatronics Engineer
The Mechatronics Engineer will have the following responsibilities:
  • Leading the Mechatronics function within the R&D department, delivering projects in line with business and R&D objectives
  • Defining, maintaining, and evolving system architecture across hardware, software, and mechanical domains
  • Decomposing system-level functions into subsystems with clear ownership and responsibility
  • Driving functional and system safety activities, including HARA, FTA, and FMEA/DFMEA
  • Defining and allocating safety and technical requirements at system and subsystem level
  • Managing requirements, ensuring they are clear, traceable, and aligned to verification & validation activities
 
Mechatronics Engineer
The Mechatronics Engineer will require the following experience:
  • Degree in a recognised engineering discipline (Mechatronics or similar advantageous)
  • Strong background in system architecture and safety-critical engineering
  • Experience with safety analysis tools and methodologies (HARA, FTA, FMEA)
  • Proven ability in requirements engineering and traceability
  • Broad understanding of mechatronics systems including mechanical, electrical, and software domains
