Key Responsibilities
- Develop, deploy and evolve a standardised operating system to align processes, behaviours and performance frameworks across the group.
- Coach and support site leadership teams to embed Lean, CI and operational governance structures, ensuring consistency and operational maturity.
- Lead and guide improvement projects focused on delivery performance, quality, efficiency, cost reduction and customer satisfaction.
- Build CI capability by developing operational excellence champions, delivering structured training and facilitating improvement workshops.
- Support strategy deployment, SIOP processes and standardised performance management tools to ensure operational control and measurable improvement.
- Proven operational excellence and continuous improvement background within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong Lean / Six Sigma foundation with experience implementing CI methodologies.
- Ability to influence, coach and guide senior stakeholders and operational teams.
- Comfortable working across multiple sites and driving sustainable cultural change.
- Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.
- Frequent travel to UK Sites required, UK Driving License is essential .
- Annual Bonus: 5% (subject to performance targets)
