Job Description
- Design and deliver impactful internal learning programmes with a strong focus on leadership development and capability building.
- Lead Talent Management and Succession Planning processes, ensuring future leaders are identified and nurtured.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to align development activities to PDR outcomes, operational needs, and growth priorities.
- Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of L&D initiatives, introducing new delivery methods including digital/blended learning.
- Build and maintain a learning culture by managing development resources, approved suppliers, and group-wide L&D frameworks.
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience designing and facilitating leadership workshops at Team Leader or Manager level.
- Background in manufacturing or engineering environments
- Experience leading Talent Management and Succession Planning initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence and presence in delivery.
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritise tasks, and travel to other UK sites when required.
- Full UK driving licence.
