Are you an Electrical Team Leader? Do you have experience leading electrical assembly teams? Are you confident interpreting electrical drawings and driving workflow through a department?

Electrical Team Leader
Job Description:

• Prioritizing and delegating work to a team of electrical technicians under the guidance of the electronics lab supervisor
• Acting on behalf of the supervisor in their absence
• Ensuring departmental quality standards are consistently maintained
• Driving workflow to ensure continuous progress through the department
• Ensuring Health & Safety procedures are followed at all times
• Supporting the supervisor in meeting major project schedules and integration/tooling deadlines

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications:

• Minimum ONC in Electronic & Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
• Strong experience with low voltage AC/DC panel wiring and looming
• Experience with high voltage installations
• Proven experience leading teams/being a senior
