I’m supporting a growing Wolverhampton manufacturing business and due to continued expansion within their marketing team, they’re looking for a Brand Manager to develop their brand presence across UK and international markets.
As the Brand Manager, you’ll lead on brand strategy, campaign planning and creative delivery, ensuring consistent high-quality storytelling that reflects their heritage and purpose. Job Description
- Develop, deliver and measure the tactical marketing plan in line with the company’s strategic vision and mission
- Lead the creation of campaign toolkits, messaging frameworks and collateral for product launches, events and sales activity
- Ensure brand identity, tone of voice and visual standards are applied consistently across all channels
- Manage the annual marketing calendar, coordinating campaigns, events, PR, digital content and Voice of Customer activity
- Gather and interpret customer, market and competitor insight to identify opportunities for market development and growth

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent in Health, Life Sciences, Business or related subject
- 5+ years B2B or B2G marketing experience (healthcare or care sector preferred)
- Proven experience in product marketing and solution-based brand development
- Strong track record delivering value-proposition campaigns and product launches
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to measure campaign ROI
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (up to ~30%)
