Our client is a leading UK food manufacturer specialising in high-quality beef and meat products for major retailers and food-service customers. We are looking for two Maintenance Engineers due signification operational growth to join their expanding engineering function.
These role offers a fantastic opportunity for Engineers looking to develop within a high-performing team. We’re looking for strong electrical/mechanical maintenance background within engineering and manufacturing environments, ideally working on food machinery/manufacturing.

About You
- ONC Level 3 (minimum) or BTEC Level 3 in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Understanding of both electrical and mechanical principles (bias in either is acceptable)
- Experience in maintenance within an engineering environment (junior to mid-level)
- Food manufacturing experience preferred but not essential
- 17th/18th Edition qualification beneficial but not required
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across a wide range of production/packaging machinery
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine performance and reliability
- Reduce downtime and increase productivity through proactive engineering support
- Manage workloads via the maintenance board, ensuring accurate documentation and completion of worksheets
- Perform mechanical tasks, machine strip-downs, rebuilds, and general engineering duties
