Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership to drive people strategy across corporate functions
- Deliver full generalist HR support including ER, performance, and talent management
- Lead engagement, wellbeing, ESG and diversity initiatives
- Drive organisational change, projects, and continuous improvement activity
- Act as a coach and advisor to leaders, developing capability across teams
- Oversee recruitment processes and ensure alignment with market and internal frameworks
- Lead performance management, salary review, and talent development processes
- Run and coordinate monthly UK HR meetings
- Collaborate with international HR teams on global initiatives
- Support HR for HR functions and corporate teams
Corporate HR Manager
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- Proven HR experience (ideally 5+ years)
- Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable influencing senior leaders
- Engaging, visible, and proactive in approach
- Passionate about employee experience, ESG, and wellbeing
- Experience supporting corporate or professional services functions
- CIPD qualified (or working towards) preferred but not essential
