Our client are seeking a proactive and experienced Contract Quality Assurance Engineer to support their Quality Assurance function during a key transition period. Working within a highly regulated environment, you will focus on internal audits, documentation, NCR activity and general QA support — ensuring robust quality assurance processes.

Role Overview:

• Focus primarily on quality assurance rather than product quality.
• Support internal audits and documentation processes.
• Manage NCR activity and maintain QA records.

Role Requirements:

• Experience in a highly regulated industry
• Confident conducting internal audits to established standards.
• Strong background in QA activities, including NCR management and documentation control.
• Ability to interpret and update specifications, quality procedures and technical documentation.
• Broad quality engineering skill set with the capability to work autonomously and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out internal audits and maintain readiness ahead of scheduled audit periods.
• Manage, track and close out non-conformance reports (NCRs).
• Review, update and maintain quality system documentation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, customer and internal quality standards.
• Provide day-to-day QA support across operations to maintain process discipline and product compliance.
