We are working with a well-established engineering and manufacturing organisation operating within a highly regulated industry. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Quality Inspector / Quality Technician to support final product acceptance and in-process quality activities within a production environment.
The Role
You will take ownership of final quality verification and validation activities, ensuring products meet defined inspection and test requirements prior to release. This includes goods-in inspection, in-process checks, and final assembly validation.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Quality Inspector / Quality Technician to support final product acceptance and in-process quality activities within a production environment.
The Role
You will take ownership of final quality verification and validation activities, ensuring products meet defined inspection and test requirements prior to release. This includes goods-in inspection, in-process checks, and final assembly validation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead final verification and validation inspection and testing (IVT), including packing checks
- Complete and approve inspection and test reports prior to product release
- Perform goods-in, in-process, and final inspection activities
- Manage non-conforming products and support MRB activities
- Conduct internal audits in line with the audit programme
- Maintain quality records and inspection data within the QMS
- Use metrology equipment including CMM and FARO Arm
- Support calibration control and management of calibrated equipment
- Assist with corrective action activities, root cause investigations, and continuous improvement
- 3–5 years’ experience as a Quality Inspector or Technician within electro-mechanical manufacturing
- Strong ability to interpret mechanical and electrical engineering drawings
- Experience working within ISO9001 or similar quality systems
- Hands-on experience with CMM, FARO Arm, and general measurement equipment
- Familiar with MRB processes, non-conformance management, and inspection data collection
- Confident using Office 365 and MRP/ERP systems (D365 advantageous)
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working cross-functionally
