Are you an experienced Setter? Do you have experience maintaining and troubleshooting injection moulding machinery? If so our client, a reputable engineering company, is seeking a resilient and hard-working Setter to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of injection moulding processes and a proactive, hands-on approach.

Job Description

• Perform timely changeovers on injection moulding machines and associated ancillary equipment in line with production schedules
• Safely install mould tools, carry out machine start-up and shutdown procedures, and ensure all settings meet operational standards
• Complete post-changeover trials, producing and submitting components that meet quality and performance requirements
• Provide hands-on support to production, toolroom, and technical teams as needed to reduce downtime and maintain efficiency
• Handle any planned maintenance or troubleshooting tasks when required

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

• Proven technical experience operating and setting multiple injection moulding machines
• Background working within a high-volume, fast-paced Tier 1 manufacturing environment
• Must have an injection moulding qualification level 2 or 3 or equivalent
