Due to continued expansion, we’re seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business growth while managing key accounts across the UK, with future scope to expand into Europe.
🔧 About the Role:
Reporting to the Product Manager, you’ll own the full sales cycle — from prospecting through to delivery and cash collection — with a strong emphasis on new business (approx. 75%).
Key responsibilities include:
Winning new business and delivering sales growth
Managing and developing key customer relationships
Promoting technical solutions in silicone, rubber, and polymer materials
Implementing pricing strategy and supporting sales planning
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Providing market insights and identifying growth opportunities
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
5+ years’ experience in BDM or technical sales
Strong industry knowledge (silicone, rubber, polymers or similar)
Proven track record of new business success
Technical or engineering background advantageous
Commercially driven, self-motivated, and relationship-focused
