Junior Manufacturing Engineer
Job Description
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from initial quotation through to production
- Assist with developing manufacturing processes and production routings
- Create Bills of Materials (BOMs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions and manufacturing documentation
- Work closely with production, quality and other departments to resolve manufacturing issues
- Help introduce new technologies and AI tools to improve engineering administration and documentation
- Develop your own product portfolio with mentoring from experienced Manufacturing Engineers
Junior Manufacturing Engineer
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Experience or knowledge of AI tools (professional or personal use)
- Proactive attitude with the confidence to take ownership of projects
- Experience working within a precision manufacturing environment or an engineering degree from a relevant field
