TIG Welder 
A long-established, innovation-led manufacturer is seeking a skilled TIG Welder to support the production of high-quality stainless steel thermal solutions. With over six decades of engineering heritage, the business continues to grow through product innovation and a focus on craftsmanship and quality. This is a hands-on role ideal for a detail-oriented welder with experience in stainless steel fabrication, looking to be part of a collaborative and supportive team.
TIG Welder
Responsibilities:
  • Carry out precision TIG welding on stainless steel components including tanks, vessels, skid-sets, and hygienic process equipment.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly.
  • Work to tight tolerances and ensure finished products meet required quality and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other production team members to complete builds on time and to spec.
  • Perform post-weld finishing (e.g. dressing, polishing) to required surface finishes.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with company HSE policies.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to a high-performing production team.
TIG Welder
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in TIG welding, ideally with stainless steel.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and fabrication instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality, consistent work.
  • Good understanding of fabrication and assembly processes, including forming, cutting, and pipework.
  • Flexible and positive attitude with a willingness to support wider production tasks as needed.
  • Team player with good communication skills and a strong work ethic.
Desirable Attributes:
  • Experience working with pressure vessels, tanks, or hygienic process equipment.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement environments.
  • Understanding of relevant quality standards or welding codes (e.g. ASME, PED, CE/UKCA).
