Job Description
• Carry out high-quality TIG welding on stainless steel and sheet metal components
• Work from and interpret technical engineering drawings
• Fabricate and assemble components to precise specifications
• Ensure all welds meet quality and inspection standards
• Work on bespoke, small batch, and production-based projects
• Operate workshop equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform finishing and inspection of welded components
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Work collaboratively with the production and engineering teams

Essential Experience / Skills / Qualifications
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in TIG welding
• Extensive experience welding stainless steel and sheet metal
• Ability to read and interpret technical engineering drawings
• Strong fabrication and assembly skills
• Experience working within a precision engineering or fabrication environment
• Excellent attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluent English communication skills
• Right to work in the United Kingdom
Desirable Experience / Skills
• Experience working with thin gauge materials
• Previous experience within aerospace, automotive, or specialist fabrication industries
• Welding qualifications or coded welding certificates
• Experience with polishing and finishing stainless steel components
• Forklift or overhead crane experience
