Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries across phone and digital channels, offering technical guidance and product advice.
- Diagnose product and system issues, arranging service agent visits when required and updating CRM records accurately.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and support authorised service agents to ensure high service standards.
- Process spare parts orders, monitor customer concerns, and report emerging trends to management.
- Participate in team projects and contribute to continuous improvement across processes and communication.

- Previous experience in a customer support or technical support role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent customer service ability.
