Job Description

• Lead and promote a strong Health & Safety culture, always ensuring compliance and safe working practices.
• Drive production plan adherence, implementing recovery actions to consistently meet customer delivery targets.
• Monitor and improve performance against key KPIs and PIs, using data to drive corrective actions.
• Lead, coach, and develop the production team to maximise engagement, capability, and performance.
• Champion continuous improvement activities to enhance quality, efficiency, and waste reduction across the production area.

Essential Experience / Skills / Qualifications

• Prior experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment is desirable.
• Demonstrated experience in building, motivating, and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
• Highly resilient and self-driven, with a proven focus on achieving daily production and performance targets.
• Proven track record of driving and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing setting.
• Competent IT user with experience in Microsoft Office and the ability to analyse data to support informed decision-making.
