Key Responsibilities:
- Perform methodical diagnosis, repair, and testing of electromechanical equipment to achieve a speedy first-time fix on all breakdowns.
- Conduct planned and preventative maintenance in strict accordance with OEM requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of parts usage, inventory, and all service reports.
- Ensure full compliance with all company customer Health & Safety regulations at all times.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with the customer, acting as a representative of our client in daily interactions and meetings.
- Proactively identify and recommend opportunities for service, reliability, and performance improvements.
What We're Looking For (Qualifications & Experience):
- Educated to a Mechanical/Electrical Degree, Diploma level, Apprenticeship is essential
- Strong PC literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- An electrical qualification is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A highly professional, flexible, and positive attitude with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
