Your Key Responsibilities:

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and support a team of Refrigeration Service Engineers and administrative staff.
- Plan, schedule, and allocate all service, maintenance, installation, and breakdown work.
- Manage the service rota and call-out system to ensure excellent customer coverage.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Monitor department performance, control costs, and manage profitability.
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, FGas regulations, and company procedures.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to achieve high performance.
- Identify new service opportunities and contribute to business growth.
- Drive continuous improvement in processes and customer service standards.
- Proven experience successfully managing a service department, ideally within refrigeration, HVAC, or a related engineering field.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- A technical understanding of refrigeration, HVAC, or dairy processing systems; a hands-on engineering background is highly desirable.
- Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, costs, and profitability.
- Exceptional communication and customer relationship skills.
- A full UK driving licence is essential.
