Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join a leading engineering business in Warwickshire. You will manage the delivery of complex engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. The role oversees the full project lifecycle, manages commercial performance, builds customer relationships, identifies business opportunities and drives continuous improvement.

• Lead projects from planning to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to quality standards.
• Identify new business opportunities, prepare proposals and manage project costs and profitability.
• Lead project teams and build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Manage project risks, ensure compliance, monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.

• Background within heavy engineering environments
• Demonstrable experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams
