Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) Manager
Job Description
  • Take ownership of all Health, Safety and Environmental activities across the manufacturing site, reporting directly to the Managing Director.
  • Promote a proactive health and safety culture through regular shop floor presence, audits, inspections, and employee engagement.
  • Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses, implementing corrective and preventative actions to drive continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate planned preventative maintenance, statutory inspections, and reactive maintenance through external contractors.
  • Produce and report HSE KPIs while supporting continuous improvement across the business.
  • Work closely with Production, Engineering and Management teams to maintain a safe, compliant and efficient manufacturing environment.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • NEBOSH/IOSH qualification
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience
