Our client, a leading manufacturer based in Camberley, is looking for a Quality Technician to join the team.

 

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Technician to support the Quality Engineering team. This role is key to ensuring that products meet customer expectations and comply with industry and legislative standards while driving continuous improvement across production.

Monday – Thursday 07.30-16.00, and 07.30-13.30 on a Friday.

Job Description

 

  • Act as the main point of contact for quality issues on the shop floor across production areas.
  • Maintain calibrated inspection equipment, including liaising with external providers and conducting internal calibration activities.
  • Support the investigation and resolution of customer complaints, including corrective actions and feedback.
  • Assist with supplier quality management processes.
  • Review and maintain documented information.
 

Quality Technician

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

 

  • Experience in an engineering inspection or manufacturing environment
  • Strong engineering knowledge, including the ability to read technical drawings
  • Ideal for someone who is happy to do a 50/50 office and hands on role
  • Experience using measuring equipment
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards
