Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting quality inspections throughout the production process to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Identifying defects or issues, documenting them, and working with the production team to resolve any concerns.
- Performing routine testing and measurements on products.
- Assisting in maintaining quality records and documentation for audits and reporting.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement.
- Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
- Goods in/Goods out.
- Proven experience in a quality control or manufacturing environment (ideally within a similar role).
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Knowledge of quality control processes, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications (desirable but not essential).
- A positive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Competitive salary up to £30,000 per annum, based on experience.
