The opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quality Manager / Senior Quality Engineer to join a well-established aerospace and advanced manufacturing business based in Redditch. - Managing and developing a small quality team
- Maintaining and improving the Quality Management System within a regulated manufacturing environment
- Leading internal and external audits and ensuring compliance with aerospace standards
- Supporting root cause investigations and corrective actions across manufacturing processes
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality performance
- Acting as a key point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Ensuring quality standards are maintained throughout production and delivery
The Candidate
The successful candidate will have strong experience within aerospace or precision manufacturing, along with the ability to lead quality initiatives and support a team.
You will ideally have:
- Experience in a Quality Manager or Senior Quality Engineer role
- Background within aerospace, defence, or highly regulated manufacturing environments
- Strong knowledge of quality systems, audits, and problem-solving methodologies
- Experience managing or mentoring quality teams
- A proactive approach to continuous improvement and operational quality
