Quality Manager

Job Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Quality team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain and enhance ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
• Act as the main contact for all quality matters, ensuring full compliance across new and existing products.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) and product verification processes.
• Investigate and resolve product or process issues, driving corrective and preventive actions.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

• Qualified in Quality and/or Engineering, with proven leadership experience.
• Skilled in manufacturing processes (mouldings, castings, machining, fabrication, assembly, basic electronics).
• Knowledgeable in quality tools (8D, 5Y, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, etc.).
• Strong communicator and problem-solver
