Quality Inspector

Owen Daniels are supporting a well-established manufacturing business in Gloucestershire, is seeking a Quality Technician to join their quality team within a busy production environment.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone with experience inspecting manufactured components and using a range of manual measuring equipment.

Location: Wooton-under edge, Glouchester, GL11 5XX

The Role for Quality Inspector

• Carry out dimensional inspection using vernier gauges, calipers, micrometers and other measuring tools
• Perform in-process and final inspections to ensure products meet specification
• Accurately record inspection results and maintain quality documentation
• Support investigations into non-conformances and corrective actions
• Work closely with production teams to resolve quality issues

The Candidate for Quality Inspector

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
• Confident using verniers, calipers, micrometers and gauges
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to quality
