Quality Inspector

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Quality Inspector (Visual) to join our client’s busy and well-established manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with strong attention to detail and a solid background in quality inspection within an engineering or production environment.

Location: Leamington Spa
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 p.a.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out visual and dimensional inspections on manufactured components.
• Using precision measuring equipment such as verniers, micrometers, calipers, and height gauges.
• Working to engineering drawings, standards, and inspection plans.
• Accurately recording inspection data and maintaining quality records.
• Identifying and reporting any non-conformances in line with company procedures.
• Liaising with production and engineering teams to ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.
• Maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Quality Inspector or Quality Control role within manufacturing or engineering.
• Confident in using a range of measuring tools (vernier, micrometer, caliper, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret technical and engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities within a busy production environment.
