Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), ensuring timely containment, investigation, and closure
- Conduct structured root cause analysis using methodologies such as 8D, 5 Whys (5Y) and implement effective corrective and preventive actions
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes
- Monitor quality performance, analyse trends, and drive continuous improvement activities
- Support internal and external audits where required
- Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure quality standards are consistently met
- Proven experience in a Quality Engineer role within a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong working knowledge of NCR management, 8D, 5 Whys, and root cause analysis tools
- Background in manufacturing or production engineering would be highly advantageous
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a methodical and analytical approach
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
