Are you an experienced Quality Engineer who is well versed carrying out root cause analysis and non-conformances? Our client manufacturer precision engineering parts for the aerospace and power generation sector and are looking for a Quality Engineer to focus on product quality. The successful candidate will have worked within a highly regulated industry, ideally aerospace or power generation.

Job Description

Daily meetings, floor walks and operational activities to address quality, safety, cost, and delivery goals.
Develop and maintain quality documentation (Control Plans, SPC charts, etc.).
Drive improvement initiatives focused on EHS, quality and productivity.
Participate in internal and external audits, risk assessments and implement corrective actions.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Proven experience working in a Quality Engineer position
Previously worked within the aerospace or power generation industry
Strong experience and knowledge of product quality (NCR’s, problem-solving, root-cause analysis etc)
Confident dealing with customers
