Job Description

• Support the Quality Manager and deputise in his absence (Hosting 3rd party and Customer Audits).
• Assist in maintaining the company Quality Management System and compliance with appropriate standards.
• Complete internal audits and special process workstation assessments as per schedule and produce reports.
• Follow up internal departments, regarding NCR’s raised from external/internal sources.
• Conduct supplier assessments, audits & draft Quality Plans and Method’s Statement’s.
• Controlling the release of technical documents to production and complete customer FAI’s.
• Maintenance of the calibration system and support mechanical inspector at the goods inwards department.

 
Quality Engineer
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

• Experience in Quality Assurance techniques and ability to make recommendations.
• Fully conversant with measurement equipment (Micrometres, calipers, Height Gauges etc).
