Job Description
• Manage quality activities during the introduction, validation, and setup of a new manufacturing cell.
• Identify root causes of product issues and implement permanent corrective actions.
• Conduct statistical analysis and capability studies to drive quality improvements.
• Ensure compliance with QMS standards (TS16949 / ISO9001) and maintain control documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to resolve quality issues efficiently.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, measurement, and statistical analysis tools.
• Experience with APQP, PPAP, and FMEA methodologies.
• Understanding of TS16949 / ISO9000 and quality assurance within manufacturing.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present and interpret data effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with awareness of cost impacts.

• Experience with Lean, Kaizen, and structured problem-solving tools.
• Background in high-volume or high-speed manufacturing environments.
