QHSE Manager
Job Description
- Manage and maintain ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 systems.
- Oversee Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and customer quality requirements.
- Lead health & safety compliance, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Ensure environmental compliance, including RoHS and REACH requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement using FMEA, SPC, 8D, and Lean Six Sigma tools.
- Conduct audits, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Monitor QHSE KPIs and maintain documentation and records.
Key Skills & Experience
- 5+ years' QHSE experience in manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949.
- Experience with PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC, 8D, and auditing.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
