Sales Support Administrator
12 Month FTC
Salary: Dependent on experience
Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:00am – 4:30pm (42.5 hours per week)
Location: Gloucester

Job Description

  • Oversee a shared inbox, ensuring customer enquiries are responded to efficiently and prioritised appropriately
  • Prepare and issue quotations while liaising with suppliers to progress requests
  • Accurately process customer orders and maintain up-to-date records within internal systems
  • Act as a key point of contact for customers via phone and email, delivering a high level of service
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and timely communication of updates
Essential Experience / Skills / Qualifications
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confident using IT systems, including CRM or ERP platforms
  • High attention to detail with a methodical approach to tasks
  • Ability to build effective working relationships across teams
