Job Description
- Oversee a shared inbox, ensuring customer enquiries are responded to efficiently and prioritised appropriately
- Prepare and issue quotations while liaising with suppliers to progress requests
- Accurately process customer orders and maintain up-to-date records within internal systems
- Act as a key point of contact for customers via phone and email, delivering a high level of service
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and timely communication of updates
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident using IT systems, including CRM or ERP platforms
- High attention to detail with a methodical approach to tasks
- Ability to build effective working relationships across teams
