Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum

Join a leading manufacturer based in Birchwood, Warrington, known for delivering high-quality engineered products and innovative solutions. We’re looking for a proactive Proposals Engineer to support our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and coordinate technical and commercial proposals from initial enquiry to handover.
  
  
• Produce and modify 2D AutoCAD designs (3D advantageous).
  
  
• Liaise with Sales, Engineering, and Production teams to define project requirements.
  
  
• Source and evaluate materials and subcontractor quotations.
  
  
• Support the Engineering Manager to ensure all proposals meet design, quality, and cost expectations.
  
  

Requirements:

• HNC/HND/Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering (or similar).
  
  
• Strong AutoCAD and Microsoft Office skills.
  
  
• Solid understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes.
  
  
• Excellent organisational and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
