Project Manager

We’re currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading manufacturing business in Birmingham on a contract basis.

You will be responsible for managing projects from initial planning through to successful delivery, ensuring all key milestones, budgets and customer expectations are met.

• 6 month contract
• Outside IR35 

Job Description

• Lead projects from initiation through to completion
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules and budgets
• Monitor project progress, costs and key deliverables
• Identify and manage project risks, issues and dependencies
• Drive project meetings, actions and progress reviews
• Provide regular project updates to senior management and customers
• Ensure projects are delivered to agreed timescales, budget, quality and scope

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

• Well versed carrying out a similar project manager role
• Experience working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment (automotive industry is highly desirable)
