Job Description
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and customers, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and compliance in line with company procedures and risk assessments.
- Manage budgets, resources, and capacity to achieve delivery, productivity, and efficiency targets.
- Uphold customer commitments, managing delivery dates, expectations, and any deviations proactively.
- Contribute to people development, engagement, and a culture of continuous improvement.

Experience / Skills / Qualifications
- 5+ years’ Project Management experience, ideally within a technical manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Background in a technical engineering setting (electrical preferred, but technically focused is essential).
- Proven experience managing the full product lifecycle, from concept through to delivery and close-out.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, engaging effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and planning skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
