We are seeking an experienced Contract Project Manager to lead manufacturing and industrialisation projects from concept through to production launch. The role requires strong project delivery, stakeholder management, and manufacturing experience within automotive or advanced manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project delivery against scope, timing, cost, and quality targets.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, risks, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate equipment installation, commissioning, and production readiness activities.
• Manage suppliers and key stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Drive issue resolution, risk mitigation, and project governance activities.
• Support continuous improvement and manufacturing optimisation initiatives.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience 

• Proven Project Management experience within manufacturing, automotive, industrialisation, or automation environments.
• Strong understanding of production processes, equipment implementation, and manufacturing readiness.
• Experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement principles is desirable.
• Project Management qualification (APM, PRINCE2, PMP) preferred.
