Project Analyst / Assistant Permanent Competitive Salary Andover   Our client, a growing consumer goods manufacturer, is looking for a Project Analyst / Assistant to join their team. This new role has come about due to continued growth and will suit someone with a few years’ project experience who’s ready to take the next step. The Role They are looking for a Project Analyst to support system implementation projects. This role will involve working closely with the Project Manager and wider business teams to map processes, support data preparation, and assist with project delivery activities. Company Benefits

Essential Experience

• Experience in process mapping and documenting workflows
• Strong skills in data analysis and validation
• Ability to break down complex processes into clear steps
• Comfortable working with different teams to gather information
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Key Responsibilities

• Create and document as-is and to-be process maps
• Work with stakeholders to understand current workflows
• Identify process gaps and escalate where needed
• Validate and prepare data for system migration
• Support testing, including data checks and defect logging
• Assist with go-live preparation and post-implementation checks
• Provide general project support, including running meetings when required
