Job Description

• Managing and maintaining production plans and schedules in line with customer demand
• Leading daily meetings to communicate priorities, risks and progress
• Supervise a team of production technicians, guiding and supporting with a helping hand
• Coordinating with Engineering, Quality, Procurement and Project Management teams
• Monitoring workflow and adjusting schedules to address disruptions or changing priorities

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

• Previous experience within the Automotive sector
• Experience supervising or leading teams
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
• Proven problem-solving ability in fast-paced, regulated environments
