Production Planner

Our client, a leading manufacturing business, is looking for an experienced Production Planner on a 12-month contract. The successful candidate will be well versed generating production schedules and analysing customer requirements and bills of material.

Job Description

• Generate and maintain department specific production schedules
• Determining raw materials needed to cover demand
• Understand and analyse customer requirements
• Analyse bill of materials for customer orders and new projects
• Plan and priorities production to meet deadlines
• Capacity planning
• Attending new project meetings

 
Production Planner
Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications

• Strong experience working within production planning position
• Well-versed using MRP systems/AX
• Experience working in a fast paced and demanding industry, automotive is highly beneficial
