The successful candidate will have experience as a Production Operative, who plays a key role in the manufacturing process, ensuring products are produced efficiently, safely, and to the required quality standards.

Role responsibilities

• Operating production machinery and equipment safely
• Assembling products according to specifications
• Monitoring production processes to ensure quality standards are met
• Packing and labelling finished goods
• Conducting basic quality checks and reporting defects
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Always following health and safety regulations
• Meeting daily production targets and deadlines
• Assisting with stock control and inventory management
