Role responsibilities

• Prepare components for welding using fixtures and engineering drawings.
• Perform sizing, facing, polishing, linishing, and cleaning operations.
• Complete post-weld finishing and cleaning activities.
• Pack finished components in accordance with customer and quality requirements.

Skills

• Previous manufacturing or engineering production experience.
• Ability to use hand tools and measuring equipment.
• Basic Maths and English skills.
• Ability to interpret drawings and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
