Production Manager – Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the production facility to achieve customer targets across Quality, Cost and Delivery (99% OTIF expectation)
- Promote and uphold Health, Safety & Environmental standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production, cost reduction and process optimization
- Implement and monitor visual operational metrics and SQCDP reviews to track and improve performance
- Managing 3 direct reports on site, 60 indirectly across 3 shifts.
- Strong leadership presence with a firm yet supportive approach.
- Proven leadership experience in a precision/highly regulated manufacturing business.
- Background in aerospace or automotive (advantageous)
